Software Development Team Lead Position

A Software Development Team Lead is required by a leading global Cloud Technology company based in Bracknell. The company is at the forefront of cutting-edge technology, including AI and propensity modelling. The Software Development Team Lead will have the following responsibilities:

• Must have a STEM subject background from a Russell Group or Red Brick University
• Proven experience in leading software development teams
• Proficiency in either C# or React
• Strong expertise in SQL
• Experience with source control, preferably Git
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Any experience in the following areas would be advantageous:

• Working with the latest versions of .NET
• Experience in AI and Machine Learning
• Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and associated frameworks
• Experience with Containers, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Understanding of NoSQL databases
• Proficiency in test tools such as xUnit, Cypress, Selenium, Jest, and SoapUI

In addition, proficiency in test tools like xUnit, Cypress, Selenium, Jest, and SoapUI, along with familiarity with technologies such as Containers, Docker, Kubernetes, and NoSQL, will be advantageous. The role also necessitates experience in leading software development teams, knowledge of C# or React, and strong SQL skills. Moreover, a background in a STEM subject from a Russell Group or Red Brick University, coupled with expertise in Agile methodologies and Git, will be beneficial.
