Senior Product Manager (Data Products)

Job Summary:

Envisso is seeking a talented and highly motivated Senior Product Manager with experience

in data-focused solutions within the payments and financial technology spaces. The role will

involve managing the end-to-end development process of data-focused solutions,

integration of AI/ML capabilities, and management of the data strategy within Envisso. The

ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in product

management, worked in the payments or financial technology space previously, and have

been involved in a small company or startup environment.

Responsibilities:

● End-to-end product development management, delivery, and improvement of

data-driven merchant risk solutions for payment service providers.

● Championing our customers' needs within the company and within the broader

industry.

● Hands-on data analysis to translate complex datasets into product enhancements

and actionable insights.

● Development and ongoing delivery of customer-facing data strategy.

● Planning, research, and integration of AI components into the Envisso merchant risk

solution set, alongside our existing AI and data engineering teams.

● Development of subject matter expertise within the payments, merchant risk, and

financial services areas.

● Mentoring and career development support for more junior members of the Envisso

team

Role Requirements:

● Previous experience delivering data as a service and/or API-based solutions.

● At least 5 years of experience in product management roles or similar areas.

● More than 3 years of experience in data analytics environments.

● Experience in the payments and financial technology space for at least 3 years.

● Good SQL knowledge.

● Worked in a startup or small company environment and can understand and deal

with the challenges of this environment.

● Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and remotely.

Nice-to-Haves:

● Experience across multiple regions (examples: Asia, Europe, Latin America).

● Working experience with credit risk or insurance related areas

● Python development knowledge

● AI product delivery experience.

● Machine learning development experience.

● Previously owned and delivered the long-term data strategy within a company.

Note: The nice-to-have qualifications are not mandatory but would be considered as

additional strengths for the role.
