We're looking for a Growth Product Manager who will own the onboarding funnel end-to-end and design product-led growth programs that drive acquisition efficiency, activation, and retention. You'll be responsible for managing and tracking growth funnels, running experiments, and working cross-functionally to turn insights into scalable product improvements.
•      Take full ownership of the entire onboarding journey—from app install to registration to activation—and continuously optimize for conversion.
•      Launch innovative growth programs including referrals, incentives, gamification, and habit loops that accelerate adoption and retention.
•      Build dashboards and rigorously track growth funnels including CAC, activation rates, retention metrics, and LTV.
•      Partner with design and engineering teams to ship features that remove friction and dramatically improve user experience.
•      Collaborate with marketing and business development to ensure product supports acquisition campaigns and partnership initiatives.
•      3–6 years of Product Management experience with focus on growth in consumer apps, fintech, or financial services
•      Proven track record of improving onboarding flows and conversion funnels with measurable results
•      Strong analytical skills—comfortable with funnel metrics, cohort analysis, and experiment design
•      Data-driven approach to decision-making with ability to translate insights into action
•      Creative product sense with ability to design engaging, user-centric growth programs that drive adoption
•      Willingness to work hard, move fast, and take complete ownership in a high-growth environment
💰 Total Compensation Package
Base Salary: Up to $180,000
Performance Bonus: 20-25% of base salary
Equity: $50K/year in RSUs or stock options
