As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to shape the experience of digital Payroll and HR products that thousands of UK businesses depend on. You will be working with front-end JavaScript frameworks, the Microsoft .NET suite, and Azure. Your role will involve leading teams in creating secure, scalable services that have a real-world impact on engineering teams. You will guide and mentor offshore teams while championing Agile/Scrum practices via Azure DevOps. Your responsibilities will also include creating outstanding User Experiences using React, Node, or Vue.js for both web and mobile platforms. Furthermore, you will be expected to promote engineering excellence through documentation, collaboration, and innovation. Embracing AI technologies in our products is also a part of the job.
